Biography

Mr. Ramadhan Mganga is the Director of Retail and Business Banking for DCB Commercial Bank responsible for driving retail business operations and the bank's strategy to deliver sustainable business growth. He is a self-motivated and client-focused seasonal banker with strong and vast experience in the financial services industry, managing and leading retail and consumer banking operations that include Affluent and Digital banking businesses. He is a humble but firm and result-oriented individual. Well-organized with excellent leadership and relationship-building skills. He is a person of creating impact necessary to enable the organization to achieve its core goals and objectives effectively and efficiently while adding value to the customers. He is known for making things happen, including organizational change and culture transformation, ability to handle big tasks with sensitivity and a high level of confidentiality / trusted advisor.

Qualification: Ramadhan Mganga holds a Master’s Degree in Business Administration- Corporate Management from Mzumbe University, Dar es Salaam Campus, he also holds a Bachelor of Science in Forestry from Sokoine University of Agriculture SUA, Morogoro campus. He hold a Microfinance certificate offered by Global Development learning Tokyo Japan. He is A recognized expert and fully certified trainer of the Micro finance. He attended various courses within and outside the country like Uganda, Rwanda and Kenya.

Career experience: Mr. Ramadhan Mganga joined DCB Commercial Bank as a Director of Retail Banking in July 2024, from Tanzania Commercial Bank TCB, where he served as Chief Manager Microfinance responsible for driving retail banking operations such as sales, revenue and liabilities growth. He joined with Tanzania Postal Bank TPB as a Senior Manager Retail on May 2014.

Ramadhan started his first career in banking at Finca Microfinance Bank, where he worked in various roles from 2008 to 2014 starting as a loan officer, Branch retail business Supervisor, Branch Manager, Acting Region Manager for Finca Microfinance Bank Lake zone.
