Biography

Dr. Baamary holds a PhD in Business Management with a specialization in Small Group
Credit Management and Entrepreneur Development from the University of Dar es
Salaam/Copenhagen Business School. She also possesses a Master's Degree in
Business Management with a specialization in Finance from the University of Dar
es Salaam, along with a Bachelor's Degree in Special Business in Cooperation
and Finance from the same university. She holds a Diploma in Accounting from
the College of Business.
Dr.Baamary joined the Board of Directors at DCB in August 2021 as a representative
director for a group of private shareholders. Currently, she serves as a
Lecturer at the University of Dar Es Salaam.
